How many times have you woken up in the morning and wanted to just head out the door without hustling and putting a ton of makeup on?

Sometimes we do not have enough time to make ourselves look presentable using ten different products. Other times, we just want to let our skin breathe, and our natural beauty shines through. There many ways to make yourself feel fresh and beautiful without putting on makeup and spending hours to get ready.

Before anything else, keep in mind that the best contributors to your beautiful and healthy face are a good routine and a balanced diet. Make sure you lead an active lifestyle and exercise enough, as well as eat a lot of fruits, vegetables and everything that is good for you.

Here are some ways you can make yourself look fresh with no makeup and less time.

Stay Hydrated and Sleep Well

If you like that plump and juicy look to the skin, you should be drinking enough water. No matter how much serum or moisturizer you put on, if you are not consuming enough water, nothing can help.  Remember, that skin is an organ. It is made of cells that need an adequate amount of water in order to function correctly and recover themselves.

Nobody wants tight and flaky skin, especially when they are planning on wearing no makeup. For this reason, try to stick to a water drinking routine that works for you.

Tip #1: Drink a cup of warm water right after you have got out of the bed. It will wake up your body and get it going.

Enough sleep is also a key to a naturally shiny and fresh face. Try to sleep 7-8 hours a day to wake up with plump and rejuvenated skin. While sleeping, our body produces melatonin – the beauty hormone. So, try to get some beauty sleep if you want to leave home with a bare face.

Exfoliate and Moisturize

Dry skin does not look good with makeup, and it looks even worse without it. If you want to have a fresh look bare-faced, make sure to exfoliate two to three times a week.

Exfoliating will make your face smoother and fresher by removing the dead skin layer. In addition to this, exfoliating lightens dark spots. It will help you get rid of acne spots in the long run and let you rock bare face as much as you want.

Once you are done with exfoliation, do not forget about locking in the moisture. The way to do this is to apply your daily moisturizer before heading out. Moisturized skin looks dewier and much fresher. It better reflects light and does not let your complexion get dull.

Tip #2: Apply some serum or beauty oil on the high points of your face for a natural highlight effect.

If you are going out, make sure to apply your SPF. Sunscreen protects the skin from harmful rays – UVB and UVA. Even if the sun is not out, sunscreen is vital if you want to maintain a healthy and wrinkle-free face throughout the years. This means that looking fresh with no makeup will not be a problem for years to come.

Eyebrows and Lashes

No makeup fresh face look will definitely take less time, but try to allocate time to your eyebrows and lashes. With a bare face that has zero product on, eyebrows, in particular, draw the eye and make it more noticeable that you are wearing no products on the face.

If you are going for that clean, fresh face that is still put-together, make sure to pluck grown out brow hair. Groomed and brushed brows will frame your face and make it look a little more structured without any contour or bronzer.

Tip #3: Clear brow gel will do the trick and keep your brows in shape all day long.

If you have bushy brows, so much better for you, as they are very trendy nowadays, but not everyone is blessed with naturally structured brows. If you are struggling with sparse brows but still want to head out the door quickly and easily, use brow tint or henna and do not fuss with your eyebrows for at least a week.

As for the lashes, an eyelash curler will be your best friend. It will make your eyes more open and will give you a fresh look without applying mascara.

Lips

Lips are another central part of the face, especially when you have nothing going on as far as makeup. Crusty lips will destroy the look of a fresh face. Make sure to apply chapstick on a regular basis to avoid this problem.

Moisturizing and exfoliation are essential not only for your face but also for the lips.

Tip #4: If your lips are so chapped that no balm can rescue them, make some DIY scrub. Honey and sugar scrub is the easiest and probably one of the most effective ways of making your lips plump, smooth, and hydrated.

Taking care of your lips is one of the critical steps of making your face look fresh and beautiful, with no trace of makeup.

Looking beautiful and fresh with no makeup is possible. Not only does it take less time, but it also makes you feel confident in your own skin. All you need to do is to take care of yourself inside and out.
