Now that people are shutting themselves in their homes to fight coronavirus there’s never been a better time to invest in yourself. With more people staying at home finding a lot of spare time on their hands with nothing to do. Like the saying “just when the caterpillar thought the world was over, it became a butterfly”, now is the time make use of all the extra time that you have on self-care wether on nutrition, exercise or skincare.

Nutrition

Research has shown that eating more fruits and vegetables help improve your immune systems. There’s never been a better time to starting to eat more fruits and vegetables so your body can fight against the virus. With the extra time available on your hands, you can start experimenting with cooking healthy meals at home to find your favorite recipes so that you can keep on making them when life is back to normal.

Water is also important, sometimes you can forget to drink water during the day. Make sure that you drink at 8 glasses of water a day to keep your body healthy.

Exercise
